On 7 September, INE reported a 12.2% year-on-year increase in its House Price Index for the second quarter of 2026. Prices rose 3.4% from the previous quarter.
New homes increased 7.4% annually and existing homes 12.9%. These are national sales figures, not holiday rental data or a valuation of a particular home in Málaga.
