Can I keep using my property?
Yes. We agree personal-use dates and block them before accepting new bookings, while respecting existing confirmed reservations.
How much does management cost?
We prepare a proposal based on location, property type and required services. Management fees, platform commissions, cleaning and maintenance costs are detailed separately. No fixed fee or income forecast is published here.
Can you work with existing listings?
We can review existing Airbnb and Booking.com listings with you and agree the appropriate access permissions. You do not need to share passwords in an initial enquiry.
What should I send for a proposal?
Send the location, property type, number of bedrooms, current use, existing listing links and the tasks you want to delegate. We confirm coverage and availability for the exact address.
